At the Senta Medical Clinic, Dr. Brian Weeks specializes in diseases of the ear, nose, throat, as well as tumors of the head and neck region, including thyroid, parathyroid, and skull base tumors. He has advanced specialty training in endoscopic sinus surgery, and is a national/international leader in balloon sinuplasty surgery. Additionally, Dr. Week has expertise in minimally invasive surgeries of the head and neck, as well as head and neck reconstruction. His role in reconstruction of the head and neck includes management of skin cancers, facial defects and blemishes, and cosmetic imperfections. He also provides extensive knowledge in skin care, facial peels, and facial care products.
Brian H. Weeks, MD, was born in Chicago, IL, and grew up in San Diego, CA. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Animal Physiology, with emphasis in Neurosciences, in 1992, as an Honors graduate of the UCSD. He completed his Medical School at The University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, earning his Doctorate of Medicine in 1996. Doctor Brian Weeks completed his Otolaryngology / Head and Neck Surgery training at The Baylor College of Medicine in The Bobby R. Alford Department of Otolaryngology and Communicative Sciences in Houston, TX in 2002. His training included intensive clinical work at The Ben Taub General Hospital, The Methodist Hospital, St. Lukes Episcopal Hospital and Texas Children’s Hospital. He also completed extensive training at The MD Anderson Cancer Center, in the division of Head and Neck Oncologic Surgery. During his training, he completed a 6-month research fellowship in the Department of Cellular and Molecular Biology, studying the biologic behavior of skin cancers, and how and why they develop.
Dr. Brian Weeks is board-certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology/ Head and Neck Surgery & a candidate member of the American College of Surgeons. He is a member of the American Academy of Otolaryngology/ Head & Neck Surgery and the American Academy of Facial Plastics & Reconstructive Surgery. He is also an active member of the San Diego Society of Otolaryngology/ Head & Neck Surgery. He has authored or presented numerous scientific works focused on head and neck tumors, skull base disorders, and head & neck reconstruction.
He is actively involved in technology advances in the field of head and neck surgery, and serves as an expert consultant and advisor for numerous medical device companies. He also serves as a consultant for numerous professional musicians and recording artists, as well as professional athletes in a variety of sports.

Dr. Sikand is a partner physician at Ear, Nose and Throat Consultants of Nevada and the founder of Nevada Sinus Relief. He has pioneered office-based and minimally invasive treatments for sinus and nasal disorders and Nevada Sinus Relief has served as a Center of Excellence and training site for ENT surgeons across the United States and Canada for over a decade.
Dr. Sikand has authored numerous academic articles including the first publications on the topic of office based balloon sinus dilation and treatment of recurrent sinus infections with office based management. He is dedicated to achieving optimal outcomes for his patients driven by science and superior technology.
Ashley Sikand, MD graduated from the University of Alberta School of Medicine and completed residency training at the University of British Columbia in Vancouver. He then pursued fellowship training at the California Ear Institute at Stanford, Palo Alto, CA. Dr. Sikand was also a visiting fellow at the University Hospital in Zurich Switzerland where he studied advanced skull base and neurotolgic surgery.
Dr. Sikand is committed to providing individualized care and treatment plans for his patients. His philosophy is to provide well developed options for each patient and discuss a comprehensive strategy for successful outcomes. He also enjoys teaching both colleagues and physicians in training and has previously served faculty positions at the University of Washington, University of Southern California and University of Nevada, Reno. He currently serves as assistant professor at Touro University and the University of Nevada School of Medicine, Las Vegas. Dr. Sikand has published research studies over the last 15 years that have positioned Nevada Sinus Relief at the cutting edge of evaluating less invasive office based treatment options.

Dr. Sohini Roychowdhury is a part of the Founding team and Curriculum Director at an Ed-Tech Startup called FourthBrain that provides specialized hands-on courses in the field of Machine Learning and AI.
Dr. Roychowdhury comes from both the academic and industry worlds of applied ML/AI. Prior to her entrepreneurial venture she was the Sr. Manager of Autonomous Drive and Head of University Relations at VolvoCars USA, and prior to that a tenure track Assistant Professor in Electrical and Computer Engineering at a University of Washington campus. She has applied machine learning and AI models on problems ranging from epidemiology, medical imaging, supply chain management, computer vision for autonomous driving modules and e-Commerce streamlining for over 12 years now. Till date she has over 55 academic research papers and 9 granted patents to her name and she continues to create educational content through blogs in Towards Data Science and her Youtube channel, AI with Sohini.

Doug is an intellectual property attorney whose practice focuses on the protection and commercialization of technology through patents, transactional agreements, and general IP strategy and counsel. Prior to becoming an attorney, Doug worked as a software developer in the Cincinnati area for nearly ten years, including positions at The Kroger Co. and General Electric. With his extensive industry experience in software Doug can communicate effectively with inventors and owners on legal issues while also understanding many of the technical difficulties and concerns that are unique to the software world.
Doug has experience as the primary draftsman for nearly two hundred applications and has assisted with a variety of Office Action responses, examiner interviews, and other prosecution related tasks. Doug has used his experience as a software developer to identify and capture key innovations in software implemented inventions during discussions with inventors, and to communicate those innovations to patent examiners so that the underlying technology can be recognized as being distinct and patent eligible. He has considerable experience beyond application drafting and has assisted clients with master services agreements, software subscription agreements, website terms, patent due diligence issues, freedom to practice opinions, novelty searches, licensing of patents, assignment of patents, litigation research, and electronic discovery.
In May of 2013 Doug completed his Juris Doctor degree at Salmon P. Chase College of Law, graduating summa cum laude and ranked first in his class. In October of 2013, Doug passed the Ohio bar exam and registered to practice as an attorney in Ohio. In August of 2014 Doug received a passing grade for the United States Patent Office Registration Examination for Patent Attorneys and received final approval to practice October 7, 2014.
